We offer free shipping on all orders over €150 within the island of Ireland. For all other orders shipping is calculated at checkout.
All orders are normally packaged within 48hrs and delivered within 3-5 business days within Ireland. From time to time it may take a little longer if issues arise that are out of our control. In these cases, we normally make contact with customers to update them on the delay.
Please make sure to provide accurate and complete information when placing your order. We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by you.
We use DPD for all our Irish Deliveries.
Returns
If your order arrives with an error, defect, or damage, please notify us within 2 weeks of delivery so we can take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
We offer a 30 day returns policy for unwanted items. We ask that all items are returned to us in a clean, unused and resalable condition, in the original product packaging. You will need to fill out a returns form containing your order ID. You can download our returns form HERE.
Once you have filled out your returns form, package the items you wish to return and send to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service. You will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning the product to us. Please note that applicable Tax & Duty are non-refundable.
On the rare occasion you have experienced an issue with the items received, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns Policy
If the product has been used, it is not suitable for return. Covy will only accept products that are in unused condition. If the product remains unused, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase.
If you want to exchange a product, first return it for a full refund. You may then repurchase your preferred item. We estimate that the reimbursement will take 3-7 days after receiving the returned merchandise.
To complete a return, go to the website's deliveries & returns tab. Pack the product securely using appropriate packaging materials. It is crucial to return the merchandise in its original, unused condition. Attach a return label to your parcel.

*Covy does not accept returns or exchanges for wetsuits that have been used in the water. We kindly request that you ensure the wetsuit fits perfectly prior to entering the water.
*Covy reserves the right to decline a refund or return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
